Billing & Credits
GMTech billing has two parts: a subscription plan (your access tier) and pay-as-you-go credits (what you spend on AI usage).
Plans
Pick a plan when you sign up; you can switch tier or billing interval anytime from Subscription & Plan.
- Developer — $5/month or $50/year. Side-by-side AI lab (100+ models), programmatic API (
/v1), conversations + snapshots. Single user (1 seat). - Studio — $14.99/month or $149.90/year. Everything in Developer, plus the Media Studio (image + video), media gallery, reports, brands, and team collaboration.
- Additional team seats (Studio) — $7/month each. Add or remove seats anytime from the Subscription page; billing is prorated.
Annual billing is roughly two months free vs. monthly. Existing subscribers on an earlier plan keep full (Studio-level) access — no action needed.
How Credits Work
Credit System
- 1 Credit = $1 USD
- Pay-as-you-go — plans don't include recurring credits; you buy credits and spend them on AI usage
- $1 free to start — every new subscription gets a one-time $1 credit so you can begin right away
- Credits don't expire

- Web app & extension - direct pass-through at provider cost, no markup
- Programmatic API (
/v1& MCP) - provider cost plus a 2% service fee - Transparent - every API response includes the exact charge in

- Click "Add Credits"
- Enter amount ($10 minimum)
- Complete payment via Stripe
- Credits added immediately
